About

Graduating from the Arts University Bournemouth with a BA in Animation Production, Lucy is a classically trained animator and skilled traditional and digital designer who loves playing with characterful and colorful animation. She has more than three years industry experience working both in house and freelance as a 2D Animator and Designer.

With a creative spark she is as comfortable playing with shape, design and colour, as the mechanics and technicalities of bringing these designs to life through various animation techniques.

Experienced on projects at all stages, Lucy has worked through from conception to completion, both as a creative lead, client facing and working under an Animation/Art Director. Working together with other creators in a studio environment either remote or in-house is where she really thrives and she loves being able to bounce ideas off each other and combine the team’s skills to create content of the highest quality.

Strongly believing in the power of animation to create a positive change upon the world around us, Lucy is a driven individual with a passion for working on projects & shows that help make a tangible difference to our society.

When not busy working on a project, you can find me out people watching with sketchbook in hand, off on an adventure in the woods or finding all the friendly neighborhood cats to give a cuddle.
